bm777 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bm777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering for a bm777 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bm777 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify bm777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. bm777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• bm777 accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to another person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your bm777 account, whether or not authorized by you.
• bm777 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

bm777 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the bm777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). bm777 supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks and e-wallets.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change at bm777's discretion. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits or verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• bm777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your bm777 account balance.

bm777 may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus or promotion before accepting it.

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the bm777 Platform must be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
